The first time I convinced David to go with me to Italy was also by bribe (he hates to travel). I had coaxed him by asking, "Wouldn't you like go to Italy to see where your Tommasini bicycle was made?" And, yes, it worked. We visited the TOMMASINI factory in Grossetto that trip.

Italian Accordion

Darlene, don't forget to stop by the Garfagnana on your way so I can take you to the cheese maker, honey producer and all those other artisan food producers that I told you about when you organised for me to speak at Lavender Market.
Tell David we should start a band-- I have a collection of antique musical instruments, including an accordion! Warn him, we might have a very small audience.
Several months ago I finished Annie Proulx's short stories about Montana -- very stark, but excellently well written. May have to checkout Accordion Crimes.
